It is clear that not all companies target to be in the leading group in the industry. Our task is to help those who strive to achieve extraordinary results. The unprecedented turbulence of the surrounding world, country conflicts escalation , the attack of the newest technologies (including elements of artificial intelligence) make business especially complex and require analysis and consideration of huge number of factors. In order to be among the leaders in the industry, it is necessary to make non‐standard decisions on a daily basis not only by five or seven top managers, but also by a large number of staff. We are ready, among other things, to contribute to the transformation of approaches to decision‐making and to help expand the consciousness of employees of client companies.
The success of the company’s development obviously depends primarily on the quality of the leaders’ work, on the ability of the leaders to work together for a common result. If leaders of the company pull it in different directions, and the CEO works on the principle of “divide and dominate” — can such a company become a market leader? And why the CEO must “divide”? maybe he just fears to lose his position? Then the question arises: what needs to be done so that CEO does not worry about his future if he directs ALL his efforts to develop the company and achieve its MAXIMUM result? Rearrange the work of leaders is the subject of a separate project, the purpose of which is to ensure that top managers do not play games against the interests of shareholders.
Very often, unfortunately, in Russian companies business is built in the style of “I drive as I can.” In this case, sales often go wrong (and even through special schemes). However, we can say with confidence that with a properly built corporate culture and a high‐quality product line, business can be white; and then you won’t have to prepare to leave the country and ask for “political” asylum in Western countries. What should be the corporate culture and how to transform it properly in your case to meet the best international standards?
Business development can take place in two ways: through DEVELOPMENT only or through MANAGEMENT. In the first case, the “run ahead” strategy is chosen, trying not to pay attention to the disrespectful actions of competitors. In the second one, time is also spent on “giving back” to offenders (or even, first of all, besieging the claims of competitors); but there are 24 hours in a day only, and therefore there is significantly less time for direct development (when choosing this second strategy).

Increasing the efficiency of decisions made is one of the most important daily tasks. (The expansion of consciousness is a set of procedures aimed at changing one’s perception of the world around. Through the expansion of the boundaries of consciousness, a person begins to notice mental processes that were previously unconscious for him, but influenced his actions. Awareness makes it possible to get out of control of internal processes previously unconscious to us and make these processes safe for us and people around us (for example, get out of control of anger, envy, etc.) Awareness helps to learn how to manage useful internal processes and mechanisms.)
When applying a technological innovation, one should never forget about the limits of applicability of innovation’ functionality. The unreasoned use of trendy tools can be detrimental to business.
How to turn a good company into a great one? How to make a breakthrough? An effective Level 4 leader is strategic and consistently achieves high results. A Level 5 leader is able to achieve exceptional and long‐term results, combines modesty with professional will. He focuses on the success of the business more than on his own ambitions. He is able to evoke genuine enthusiasm, rather than bouts of fear or bravado, and will be able to prepare a worthy successor. These are people with a highly developed spirituality. They do not humiliate their subordinates, they know how to take responsibility for failures on themselves and appreciate the merits of others. They strive to achieve outstanding results over a long period of time.
It is obvious that in the unprecedentedly turbulent world that we are now in, it is vital to periodically review the perspectives for business transformation, taking into account the changes that will come into our lives in 10 years: after all, wrong investments built on bank loans can simply lead a business to collapse. We would all agree that we live in an amazing age when the development of individual organizations, on the one hand, and the human society in general, on the other, occurs at such a tremendous pace that could have hardly been imagined some 40 years ago. Some projects being performed nowadays would be considered as totally unrealizable even for science‐fiction writers less than 30 years ago.
In many ways, the ongoing processes are probably evidence of the wide awareness in the world of the fact that Development is indeed the most important function.
Let us try to answer a question which task for any organization (either a company or a project or a state or a living creature) is pivotal for the very existence of the organization itself? It can hardly be disagreed that this is the task of Development. Lack of development will inevitably results in falling behind the competition and collapsing as an eventual result.
The whole range of tasks solved within the framework of the general areas of artificial intelligence, digitalization, transformation of corporate culture, and related changes in business and operating models, is currently receiving the most powerful priority in all civilized countries.
